{"id":3125,"date":"2019-08-22T09:28:09","date_gmt":"2019-08-22T09:28:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pharmamanage.gr\/2019\/08\/22\/listen-to-your-customers\/"},"modified":"2024-02-01T14:06:33","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T12:06:33","slug":"listen-to-your-customers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.staging.pharmamanage.gr\/en\/listen-to-your-customers\/","title":{"rendered":"Listen to Your Customers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"article_css\"><strong>It does no good to gather input from your customers if you ignore it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\">This will only lead to frustrated customers and lost business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\">If nothing else, thank the customer for taking the time to share their opinion with you.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\">No matter whether <a title=\"Get Regular Feedback from Your Customers\" href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.pharmamanage.gr\/en\/get-regular-feedback-from-your-customers\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">the feedback<\/a> that you receive is positive or negative, you should receive it enthusiastically and give it immediate attention.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\">Instead of looking at negative feedback or complaints as a bad thing, recognize that the customer took the time to share it with you and ask yourself the following questions:<\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\">Why would this customer feel this way?<\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\">What did we do\/say that created this impression with the customer?<\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\">Is the customer&#8217;s reaction reasonable? Why or why not?<\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\">Have we heard similar things from other customers? If necessary, what can we do to prevent similar reactions by <a title=\"Customer Relationship Management\" href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.pharmamanage.gr\/en\/customer-relationship-management\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">other customers<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\"><strong>Gather all customer feedback and examine it regularly.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\">Look to see if there are trends or patterns that you need to address.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article_css\">For example, if a number of customers have complained about long wait times &#8211; or that they failed to receive a product or service when promised.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"PHARMACY management TUTORIAL\" href=\"en\/\">www.pharmamanage.gr\/en\/<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It does no good to gather input from your customers if you ignore it.
